It involves understanding the existing work-flow, business rules/logic for various operations, process mapping, data set-up and migration, actual implementation and stabilization. The same is complimented with hands-on training to the users along with comprehensive documentation. Product Support (AMC)

However, a specific client may require alteration in the box-packed software so as to meet his off-the-beat needs which are unique due to nature of business, organization needs or other factors. Addressing such client requirements is an integral part of our solutioning mindset. We go beyond our DNA of a typical product company to ensure all the needs of client are taken care and a proper solution is delivered to them. Customizations typically includes additional reports, building interfaces, modifications to existing workflow/screens as well as building additional functionality modules which form integral part of the solution.

The change management plays a critical part and is the key success factor in implementation of a product. Users are the key players who need to participate actively in the change transformation, need to understand the revised way of operations and imbibe the change. Training plays a key role in making the change successful.

While training is carried out after every product set-up, we do undertake – repeat training sessions either for the same staff with more vigor or with other branches, educating newer locations or departments which get enrolled into the product scope, Product upgrade training as well as hand holding to provide thorough mentoring to the users.
